She is here to stay… Welcome Paulina Faranso

Ursula, but how can you be in two states at the same time?!
– I can’t! And that is why between the thousands of Delta miles, lots of airport coffee, and many rental cars later, I have been working on finding the right person to have on the team and be my partner so we can do MORE for YOU.
That person is Paulina and she is nothing short of AWESOME. If you have been following my social media channels, you have certainly seen her. But I really want you to get to know her! So here it is, a rapid fire interview with Paulina!

Favorite quote: “Keep your face always toward the sunshine – and the shadows will fall behind you.” Walt Whitman
Who Inspires you: My mom. She inspires me every day to be the absolute best version of myself. I know that sounds like such a cliché answer but she’s really the best human I know and grounds me. She reminds me to be kind to everyone even when others may not be kind in return. She has shaped who I am completely.
A song: My favorite song in the world is “La Vie en Rose” by Edith Piaf. Also “My Way” by Frank Sinatra is a close second.
A book: Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza (Since I probably can’t say Harry Potter LOL)
*this is Ursula – yes I am keeping her Harry Potter comment, that is totally her favorite*
Hidden talent: I’ve been singing since I was 4 years old!! I sang in liturgical choir my whole life, varsity choirs and theatre in high school, and I have been with Axis Music Academy since 2007. I still do voice lessons and showcases with them today! It’s really a passion of mine.
Pets? Yes!! My golden-doodle Henrik (the best boy in the world).

Favorite style of home: I pretty much love every style of home. It’s really what you make of it. Architecture fascinates me and I love learning new things about certain homes and styles and why they were built that way.
Favorite home hack: To make your home smell good, especially when having guests over after cooking, I like to boil cinnamon sticks in rose water. It leaves your house smelling AMAZING!!
What did you do before Real Estate? Before becoming a Real Estate Advisor I owned a business for about 4 years, touched on financial processing, and was an Executive Assistant to the founder of StockX in Detroit for two years. All along the way (up until now even) I helped run my family’s business ventures alongside my dad for the past twelve years at his company Omni Investment & Development Group and helped him manage our real estate investments as well so it was always something I wanted to further explore.
Education: I went to Catholic school pretty much my whole life. St. Fabian in Farmington Hills for 9 years, Marian High School, and then I graduated from Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business in 2017 with my Marketing and Advertising Communications degree.
Why Real Estate? Throughout my professional endeavors, real estate is an industry that I have always wanted to explore. The thought of helping people find their dream home is what motivates me in this line of work. It is rewarding beyond the dollar to positively impact and change people’s lives and help them with one of the biggest transactions of their lives as well.
If you see Paulina around Metro-Detroit, please say hi! She is so eager to help and I know she will be our BEST advocate when I can’t be there.
